  • The full video is just under an hour, the first ten minutes of which is an explainer of what, why and how.

  • You will be asked to lie down and be comfortable. It’s best to on your own, and in a quiet space. You need to make time for yourself here.

  • Everyone has a different experience, but most people will have mental, physical and emotional responses. You might cry, you’ll almost certainly feel a physical reaction. It’s all very safe, but you might find initial sessions to be quite tiring.

  • Breathwork, as a form of healing the mind and body, has been used for thousands of years. It’s a non-invasive and easily accessible way of restoring emotional and physical balance.
